چکیده

Abstract The ZnO thin films were successfully synthesized using sol-gel spin coating method. surface other film then coated with natural dye. Materials used zinc acetate dehydrate , isopropanol, Diethanolamine and purple heart flower consecutively as based materials, solution, stabilizer, grown glass by dropping Sol-gel on a of FTO speed variation 2000, 3000, 4000, 6000 rpm. successively pre-heated pot-heated at 250°C 550°C for 5 hours holding time 30 minutes. source the dye is boat lily was cut into small pieces put beaker glass. sample crushed mortar milling until it becomes soft. Further, extract obtained immersing in aquadest, acid, ethanol maceration technique. immersed an solution 24 to obtain ZnO/dye film. XRD analysis shows that size within 26.5 – 36.9 nm. optical properties ZnO/Dye characterized UV-Vis spectrometer. spectrometer results show there are variations transmission result higher than absorbance films. band gaps ranged 3.27 3.34 eV 3.02 3.21 eV.

Effects of Cobalt Doping on Optical Properties of ZnO Thin Films Deposited by Sol–Gel Spin Coating Technique

Cobalt (Co) doped Zinc Oxide (ZnO) thin films, containing different amountof Cobalt nanoparticles as the Co doping source, deposited by the sol–gel spin coatingmethod onto glass via annealing temperature at 400˚C, have been investigated by opticalcharacterization method. The effect of Co incorporation on the surface morphology wasclearly observed from scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images. ...

Sol-gel spin coating derived ZnO thin film to sense the acetic acid vapor

ZnO thin film of 80 nm thickness was deposited by the sol-gel spin coating method on SiO2/Si substrate and subsequently post-annealed at 500°C with a flow of oxygen for 60 min. Crystallographic structure of the sample was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) method while a field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM) was used to investigate the surface physical morphology ...
